Open
All classes will have vinyasa krama, meditation, chanting, and a bhakti yoga focus. Class will include inversions, standing poses, forward bending, backward bending and twisting. The focus is on breathing and proper alignment with the mind turned to the divine.
All levels and ages but it is recommended that a student be familiar with breathing techniques and personal modification to take this class.
Class time span is 90 minutes.

Level 1
This is a less physically strenuous version of the Open class designed to help students prepare for the Open class. It will cover all the elements of the Open class.
Suitable for all levels and ages, no previous experience required.
Class time span is 75 minutes.

Basic

This class is for the beginning yogi or anyone looking to refresh their basic yoga skills. Breathing techniques, proper alignment and personal modifications are taught in this class. A focus is on developing a person's own individual yoga practice.

Class time span is one hour.
